The doctor recommended an acne peel for some few acne that had developed on my skin. The clinic insisted I pay for a package of 13k, ******* * ********* * *** ******** ** **** ****** * ****** ** ***** **** ********* ** ** ****** ***** I asked for a refund since I won't be continuing the package which I am yet to receive and it has been almost a month. Neither have I got any call back from the clinic, inspite of repeated messages/emails/calls to them.
They seem pretty clueless everytime I speak to them and I get transferred to multiple people who know nothing about my case.
I made a big mistake paying for a package with them.

*** *** ********* Never visit her. She was rude and didn’t even let me explain my issue fully and started lecturing me.
She suggested some chemical treatment for my acne and I started to express my hesitation as I have extremely sensitive skin. Instead of hearing me out, she lost it. She cut me off and said “no you listen to me first, I will talk. I have studied and I know best. I can’t do anything if you come with a closed mind” *** ********* ** **** *** *** *********** *** ********* ***** ** ***** **** **********.
She didn’t pause to ask me any questions to confirm ** *** *********** **** *******. She wrote a very expensive prescription for products and suggested some facial worth Rs. 5500 (again, no explanation about what the facial was or how it would help).
Needless to say, I just left the clinic. Never going back.
I visited the doctor for the allergy which I got on my foot and she just gave a glance to it and said "I am not aware of the reason for this, however will prescribe an ointment and tablet for 10 days" ***** **** *** ******* ****** ** * ***** ******* ****** *** ******* ******* *** **** ********** *** ********** ***** **** *** ******* ***** *** I had to pay 750/- for **** * treatment.
She was very rude and didn't even do a full check up for my situation. She *** **** ********** *** straight up suggested cosmetic procedures for everything without any talk first
